| The Terms and Conditions as set forth may be
amended periodically. They serve as a protection for both you and I.
It should be noted that I am not an attorney. So if something seems
unfair regarding these Terms and Conditions, or is stated unclearly,
please let me know. These Terms and Conditions are set as a
general guide for both you and I. Free Display Graphics:

Yes, that's right, Free Display Graphics! Since I am including the Free
Display Graphics, I will have the final
say as to what I will print or what I won't print. In other words,
if you purchase one of my displays and want me to print Free Graphics
of something that is lude, derogatory, implies defamation of character or
is just wrong... I won't do it! Please ask when in doubt.

Free graphics will include printing of your
Display Header, Velcro, and a nice Over-laminate.
Copyright Protection:

By sending us graphic files,
you hereby certify that you are the owner of sent files, that all
royalties, and the Copyright have been paid by you and you hereby
authorize us to reproduce by print or electronic format said and/or sent
files. In other words, you own the Copyright to the files and
are authorizing us to perform the stated work when we receive your files.

Under these Terms and
Conditions, you also acknowledge that everything on this site has it's
own Copyright Protection. You may not reproduce anything
unless you have specific authorization from me... In writing!
Best Efforts Policy:
- I always strive to "bend over backwards" and give my Best Efforts
to help my clients. I really understand what last minute issues can
come up in this business. I understand the pressures and stresses we
all may experience because of tight deadlines. And I'm
willing if need be to be an "extra ear," or lend a "broad shoulder" when
you need someone to lean on. However, there comes a point when I
know I'm being taken advantage of. So here are a couple of new
guide lines:

1. If after you receive the Free Graphics
that you've previously authorized, please pay for your next set of
graphics. (I got burned once by someone really taking advantage of
me offering the Free Graphics.)

2. Follow these guide lines to better understand
graphic resolution and what you need to do in order for your graphics to
